EEE 120 Microprocessor

In our elementary digital design class, we built up an understanding of various logic gates and developed circuiting skills in order to build a small microprocessor. In the pictures below, the circuit might seem simple and unimpressive, but each yellow box is a simplified circuit. Each one can be opened to see the smaller circuits and circuit components inside, but for the sake of neatness, we simplified them to a box. This was a long process of simulating the design, testing values and puzzling together the commands. When it finally worked, I felt a great sense of achievement and it was well worth the heartache in my opinion.
